Hello!
I'm doing so incredibly great. My companion was transferred and I will be getting my new companion (Idk who yet) tomorrow morning. This week will be the first week of my last transfer in the mish! It went by so fast. I feel like I blinked and turned two years older and about thirty years older in terms of back aches and joint pains hahaha.
This week is the last week of our mission president. As of Friday, our new president is President Cooper from Campinas Brazil! We had a mission conference recently to say goodbye to President and Sister Lundgren. I got to see my “son”, Elder Silva, who also happened to be turning twenty that day.
We had the baptism of the mom of some of our recent converts. Turns out she was listening to all of the messages from another room. After attending her children's baptism, she started coming to church! She had no intention of baptizing, but as we were visiting her this week, something changed! (I don't know exactly what hahaha) She wanted to get baptized!
I know the Christ lives and is walking by our side even when we don't think He is. This is His church and I'm so blessed to be a part of it.
Love you all!
Elder George
