I hope this week's e-mail finds you in good health. I had another killer week down here in Jardim Ingá. The food just keeps getting better and better! The mangos here are finally ripe and there's basically an unlimited supply of delicious mango goodness everywhere in the city.
A lot of groups are protesting against the government right now. My companion and I were going to go to a dentist appointment today in Brasilia but unfortunately, truck drivers are burning tires as a means of blocking the main highway to protest who knows what. Workers at hospitals and other governmental agencies are going on strikes, often leaving us missionaries without means to help the investigators in the area who need to marry before baptism.
But, as it should, the work of the Lord moves on! Amazing things are happening down here! The people here are so faithful. Everything is awesome!
