This week was pretty darn great. We fasted with two of our investigators and the ward mission leader. One of the investigators got answered to her prayers that she should stay in another church and the other got called to work definitively on Sundays. At least one will still be accepting our visits haha dangit.
Today I heard something that stuck out to me. Once we start to truly understand the atonement, the fear of being inadequate dissipates and the fear of just how great we can become and just how much good that we can do magnifies. This being in the sense that we are naturally afraid of hard things. And we realize how with the atonement, we can do really, really hard things. But conscientiously or not, we shy away from the path not often taken, and we shy away from the responsibility to constantly and voluntarily throw ourselves from our comfort zone to realize this, our infinite potential for good. If we do so, Satan wins. Imagine how things would be if Noah, Captain Moroni, Mormon, Brigham Young, Jesus Christ, etc. had settled for being a normal-pay-your-tithing-and-you're-good church member.
Love y'all so much!!!!!!
